Planning an event, and need help with more decor aspects than florals alone? Loop offers comprehensive event design services and can expertly assist with all of the details that come together to create a cohesive look and experience.
You may hire Loop for any or all aspects of event design including: overall concept, color palette, flowers, linens, graphics, tabletop selections, lighting, favors, rentals & furnishings.
From preliminary style boards, to crafting individually wrapped favor boxes, placing floral blooms at each place setting, to sourcing specialty china and flatware, Loop can help curate and coordinate all of the special details than make an event one of a kind.

We book weddings and events up to one year in advance. We would love to have you to our studio for a consultation to talk details and look through photos to get a sense of what you’re after. From there we will get to work creating a proposal tailored to your look and feel. Our minimum for weddings outside of San Francisco is 8K during peak wedding season (May- October).
With a few days lead time we also are happy to provide custom orders for delivery, starting from $200.
We service the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, Sonoma, and Monterey Counties. We are also happy to expand our horizons in new parts of the world, Loop is available to travel for destination events.
